We've had successful sales reps come from various backgrounds, including retail clothing, and no previous mattress or furniture experience is necessary. We're seeking a highly motivated and successful sales professional to join our team and play a key role in continuing this tradition.

As a Product Expert, you'll be the face of CMF to our customers. You'll provide them with in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and services, ensuring a positive and informative first impression.

When you're not catching ZZZ's, this is what you'll do:

• Be the CMF Champion: Become the friendly voice of CMF, fostering positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Product Expert: Channel your inner sales jedi and use your product knowledge to guide customers towards the perfect sleep solution.
• Sales Pro: Ensure smooth order processing by adhering to established sales policies and procedures.
• Multi-Channel Master: Assist customers efficiently via phone, email, or text, providing the best possible support.
• Relationship Builder: Follow up with potential customers, nurturing leads and driving sales growth.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally.
• Voice of the Customer: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights, helping us continuously improve our products and services.
