Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Use company systems to access customer information, log interactions, and ensure accuracy in all communications.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while upholding NexRep's standards of service excellence.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software platforms while assisting customers.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
