**EAST COAST APPLICANTS! CAN YOU DO DATA ENTRY? Experience with Excel and a background in the music or video industry is a plus**

DATABASE COORDINATOR

I. Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this individual will be to enter information into our extensive product database while maintaining existing data.
  • Ongoing communication with our vendors and buyers is required.

II. Education/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the music retail field is a plus.
  • 1 – 4 years data entry experience.

III. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Responsible and efficient with very strong organizational skills.
  • The ideal candidate should work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player.

  • The ability to sit for a prolonged period of time and view a computer screen.
