In fulfilling the demands of Amazon's customer base, warehouse associates play a critical role. By overseeing the selection, packaging, and delivery of orders, as well as coordinating the receiving, sorting, and storing of inventory, warehouse associates ensure the effective processing of customer requests while adhering to Amazon's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain required items from specified storage locations or shelves as per customers request
  • Make sure to use sturdy tape to seal all edges of the box, including the corners. You don't want the box to fall apart during shipping, leaving your item exposed
  • Harness the power of handheld devices and computerized tools to manage inventory and process orders with ease
  • Arrange and categorize products in assigned spaces after receiving incoming shipments
  • Lending a hand with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
  • Keeping your workspace neat and clean allows you to find what you need quickly and easily, which can boost productivity
