Fulfillment - Package/Sorter are critical components in fulfilling customer orders. Their roles entail selecting, delivering, and packing orders, along with accepting, sorting, and storing merchandise. Their main duty is to ensure that customer orders fulfill Amazon's standards and are processed accurately and expeditiously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve products from shelves or storage units as per the orders received from customers
  • Start by choosing a box that is the right size for your item. Ideally, the box should be only slightly larger than the item itself, leaving little room for it to shift around during transit
  • Make use of handheld gadgets and electronic programs for recording inventory and executing purchase orders
  • Organize and store newly arrived goods in pre-determined locations as part of inventory management
  • Providing support in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • The importance of maintaining a clean and organized work area cannot be overstated; it can improve both your physical and mental well-being
