Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• * Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate solutions.
• * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
