Job Title: Sales Representative (Part-Time, Evening & Weekend Hours) - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to become part of our remote team as Sales Representatives. This position focuses on two primary functions: handling incoming sales inquiries for our advertised products and proactively reaching out to previous customers to explore new sales opportunities. In this role, you will be pivotal in generating leads for our Account Managers, while striving to achieve successful low-dollar “one-call close” sales of distinctive collectible coins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass inbound and outbound sales objectives, including sales volume, account creation, and engagement metrics such as call frequency and duration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer data and uphold company trade secrets through diligent record-keeping and data protection practices.
  • Adhere to the departmental contact strategy, which outlines guidelines for call frequency and engagement methods.
  • Utilize provided product materials (scripts, fact sheets) to effectively market and sell collectible products to customers.
  • Accurately update and manage customer records to ensure all contact information is correct and current. Address issues with customer accounts appropriately (e.g., incorrect numbers or “Do Not Call” requests).
  • Ensure precise documentation of order details, encompassing product, price, payment method, and applicable discounts or promotions.
  • Comply with FTC regulations and company policies governing sales and order processing while maintaining call quality standards.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive demeanor in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules while exhibiting flexibility to accommodate business requirements. Attendance at necessary meetings and training sessions is expected, with any schedule changes or overtime requiring managerial approval.
