Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality telephone triage services to patients of all ages.
  • Assess patient needs promptly and provide appropriate guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions.
  • Efficiently manage multiple calls in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Department, call centers, or triage settings.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to think quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • Compact nurses are encouraged to apply, with additional nursing licenses needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
