Customer Service and Content Moderator - Bilingual ID - 1599

Full Job Description

As a Content Moderation Representative, you are responsible for reviewing content to ensure it adheres to established community guidelines. You may also work with and guide customers via chat/email to resolve their issues.

This role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining content.

Pay starts at $19/hour

Minimum Qualifications

· Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish, with English as a secondary language

· Excellent written communication skills

· Fast learner with attention to detail

· Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit materials.

· Familiarity with internet laws and regulations is preferred

· Usage and interest in short video platforms is preferred

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Ability to work onsite in our Charlotte, NC call center
