3. The physical demands of shifts may include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
4. To enhance productivity and reduce workplace injuries caused by manual lifting, businesses should consider implementing the use of carts, dollies, and other similar gear
5. Climb and descend stairs (where accessible)
6. Perform work tasks on a mezzanine platform, which can reach up to 40 feet high
